An Associate Broker at Douglas Elliman and Douglas Elliman Florida, Jacky Teplitzky does not expect success; she demands it. And she leads by example. Born in Chile, a former drill sergeant in the Israeli army, she is among the top 1% of New York City’s nearly 30,000 licensed real estate brokers and is within the top one percentile of Douglas Elliman’s 7,176-agent network. She is one of the nation’s most respected and recognized residential real estate professionals and is a sought-after guest speaker at trade and consumer venues throughout the country. Jacky serves on the Real Estate Board of New York, is a board member at the UJA Federation of New York and a national board member of the IAC – Israel American Council.

Barak Dunayer, born in Israel, began his first career as a world-recognized classical trumpet player, performed extensively with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, NY Philharmonic and the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra, served as a Principal Trumpeter and Soloist with the Israel Defense Force Army Band, and later earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the Juilliard School. Starting his real estate career in 1999 from his walk-up studio apartment, he subsequently built his own agency - BARAK Realty - into one of Manhattan’s premier boutique brokerage firms, which was acquired by Halstead Real Estate in 2012. He supports various charities such as UJA Federation, Magen David Adom, IAC, Belev Echad, Friends of the Metropolitan Opera and American Friends of the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra. He completed 6 Ironman 70.3 triathlons and 2 marathons, he is member of the Harmonie Club, Fifth Avenue Synagogue and West Side Institutional Synagogue where he frequently can be heard as a cantor leading services. 

Both Jacky and Barak have worked tremendously hard during their individual careers to become the accomplished businesspeople they are today. In 2019, they partnered up within Douglas Elliman to create a mega, one-stop-shop team that provides you — the consumer — with exceptional service in three specialty markets: New York City, South Florida and the Hamptons. But it’s not just them: it’s the well-oiled machine of the entire Teplitzky Dunayer Team – comprising of Adrian Radomski, Julio Izquierdo, Joseph Chaplin, Alex Sandoval, Kent Campbell, Diana (Tata) Yanguas, Yael Dunayer, Iman Saleh, Mehek Lamba Heydecker and Jennifer Valenzuela — all of which has become synonymous with professionalism, teamwork, leadership, commitment and growth.
